Feeders are one of the most essential items in operation genesis.

Feeders may hold either (if herbivore) hay bale or paleo bale. But in the case of carnivores, it may dispense either goat or cow depending on what you choose. You may also choose if it will auto dispense or manually.
If either a herbivore or carnivore is hungry they will probably eat from the feeders, although herbivores will eat from trees (modern or prehistoric) if forced. Though this may trigger gastric poisoning. Carnivores on the other hand may eat other dinosaurs, which causes problems in mixed surroundings, but this can be done on purpose. Carnivores might even eat people if able too: like if the balloon crashes in their enclosures after being struck by lightning or if they break through the fences (or if a tornado breaks the fences) and come to a populated area. It is not uncommon to find dinosaurs near an area where there is a feeder and water source, which they may make their territory.
