The Balloon Tour is an attraction that can be unlocked by research. A Hot-Air Balloon ride all around the park, supervise by Robert Muldoon like the Safari Cruise. It must be reasearched in order to obtain.

The building looks like a platform with a green roof and on top there is a weather caster with a twin stairway on both sides and then there is a helipad-like dock where they land the Hot Air Balloon.
They cost $50 per ride but the price is adjustable. And they are only closed during storms, if in progress during that time the balloon may get struck by lightning and it will crash and you must rescue the visitors, especially if the basket happens to land in a carnivore's enclosure.
Marking the balloon's route is by putting a long pole with a weather caster on top.
